1. What Betist.ai is — and what it is not

Betist.ai is an informational service: artificial-intelligence football predictions, published before kick-off and graded in public after the final whistle — wins and losses alike. It is operated by Masters Of Testing OÜ (registry code 16653388, Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia).

Betist.ai is not a bookmaker and not a gambling service. We take no bets, hold no player funds, process no wagers and pay out no winnings. Any bet you choose to place happens entirely at a bookmaker of your own choosing, under that bookmaker's terms, and is your own decision.

2. Accounts

An account is created by signing in with a one-time link sent to your email address (magic link) — there are no passwords. For your security only one session is active at a time: signing in on a new device signs you out everywhere else.

You may close your account at any time from the account page; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what deletion does.

3. Free content and paid membership

The daily free slate is public and complete — nothing is removed from it for non-members. Paid membership adds extra flagged picks and analysis tools on top; it never shrinks what is free.

The price you see is the price you are charged, stated per currency on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew for the period shown until you cancel; cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period already paid, with no further charges. A one-time retention offer may be shown when you cancel; accepting it is entirely optional.

EU right of withdrawal: consumers have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because membership is digital content delivered immediately, you will be asked to consent to immediate performance at checkout — from that moment the withdrawal right lapses for the period already begun, as EU law provides.

Refunds: outside the withdrawal right above, membership is generally non-refundable once access has begun. If we do choose to refund — to put a genuine problem right — it is a full refund, and your account then returns to the free tier; we do not give partial refunds. Starting a chargeback withdraws paid access. None of this limits a mandatory consumer right that applies in your country of residence.

Payment processing is handled by our payment provider (Stripe); we never see or store card numbers. Masters Of Testing OÜ is VAT-registered (EE102983892); any VAT is applied as displayed at purchase.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or republish the predictions as a commercial feed; do not probe, overload or interfere with the service; do not use it if you are under 18. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Predictions are opinions, not promises

Every pick is a statistical opinion derived from historical data. Football is uncertain by nature; no outcome is ever guaranteed or implied to be guaranteed. The public record — including every losing pick — exists precisely so you can judge the model by results, not by talk. Nothing on this site is financial, investment or betting advice.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Masters Of Testing OÜ is not liable for losses arising from bets you place, for bookmaker prices differing from the odds we captured at publication, or for interruptions of an informational service provided free or at a modest subscription price. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for intent or gross negligence.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site with reasonable notice, and continued use after the notice period means acceptance. The date at the top is authoritative.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Masters Of Testing OÜ (Estonia) is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions: use the contact page.
